As a part of our Social Studies Government Unit, we studied the voting process. To put this process to use in the classroom, the students had to design a classroom flag that represents our class. Once the flags were turned in, we voted! Each child had to fill out an identification card and voting registration in order to vote. Congratulations to Emma! Her flag had the most votes! You can find her flag above our classroom door, where it will remain the rest of the year!
